Biohazard Removal

Biohazard Removal

The TraumOne team strongly advises that no one experiencing a Bio hazard aftermath be responsible for a clean-up. The trauma and emotional damage suffered by the event alone is enough. Therefore to clean-up from the event itself, further depends the wounds for the survivors. Any Bio hazard removal should never be done by unlicensed or certified individuals. Bio Hazards are considered medical waste and Proper removal of biohazardous waste is critical in order to avoid exposing others to dangerous pathogens and diseases such as Hepatitis B (Serum Hepatitis), Hepatitis C (HCV), HIV and AIDS, Tuberculosis, Bacterial Meningitis among others.

Strict guidelines as prescribed by OSHA guidelines and must be followed. OSHA and local state authorities mandate proper comprehensive training before an employee is placed in a position that could expose them to any biohazard such as blood or bodily fluids or any hazardous materials. Furthermore, transportation of any of these materials requires a full chain of documented custody.

At TraumOne, we use sophisticated chemicals and equipment to remove substances and odors that can linger for an extended period, causing emotional distress and diminishing the value of property. When most clean ups may be covered by insurance, please allow a professional to do clean-up for you so you don’t have to suffer more than you already are. Please contact a live voice compassionate professional at TraumOne to schedule a clean up for you.
